China Association for International Economic Cooperation Law Committee,is an organization specialized in foreign-related legal consultation, general service and law research, its main duties are:
1. To provide general consultation and service to the members of CAIEC and other enterprises in domestic and abroad.
2. To present the business community to participate the important law rules and regulation’s establishing process.
3. To provide advices on the joining international treaty;
4. To provide general consultation in international item’s negotiation and the contract’s drafting.

1. Accepting the authority from the CAIEC members and other customers, acting as permanent legal advisor.

7. Holding legal affair seminar of international trade in or aboard, in order to promote the trade and investment.

9. Cooperation and communicate with foreign commission, in order to help the Chinese enterprises to join in the world and set a plant for them.
